The first time I had one go bad I think the dealer charged me $300 for the diagnosis and fix but wanted to do all 6 coils for the tune of like $900. I had them fix just the one and sure enough about 6 months later I had another go bad (autozone pulled the code and told me I had a misfire but could not tell me which cylinder).
