Thank you for the information I too have a 2000 maxima gxe with 44000 miles on it and am having the same shuddering problems that other people have been experiencing my service engine light in on I took the car to my local mechanic and he cleaned the injectors and the light went out for two days but unfortunitely its back on so I guess ill replace the coils next and hopefully solve the problem. |
| The Nissan Maxima 27th Feb 2005 09:32 I had the identical thing happen (tune upclean injectors which solved problem for about two days). I am off to the Autozone to purchase the coils and bring them to my mechanic for the labor charge. Nissan. Other than that I love my car and the tune up really helped performance wise. |

In 2001 while under warranty at 26000 miles I had that annoying SERVICE ENGINE SOON light come on and an oxygen sensor was replaced. Nissan Maxima Manual.
